JobDescription

As a Human ResourcesManager you will be instrumental in managing our workforce needsfocusing on recruitment employee relations and ensuring compliancewith occupational health and safety standards.

Your role willsupport the daytoday operations of our HR department aiding in thedevelopment and implementation of policies that foster a safeproductive workenvironment.

Responsibilities

• Assistin the recruitment process ensuring we attract and retain toptalent.
• Manage employee relationsproviding support and resolving issues to maintain a positive workenvironment.
• Oversee onboardingprocesses to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into thecompany.
• Conduct monthly and annualinspections to ensure compliance with health and safetyregulations.
• Coordinate companyevents from planning throughexecution.
• Create and maintain HRdocumentation such as employment letters and policyupdates.
• Liaise with variousdepartments to support HR initiatives and respond toinquiries.

Who YouAre

• A proactive individualwith a passion for HR and a keen understanding of the constructionindustry s dynamics.
• Excellentcommunication skills capable of handling highpressuresituations.
• Strong problemsolvingskills with a creative approach todecisionmaking.

Qualifications

• Diplomain Human Resources Business or Occupational Health &Safety.
• 12 years of experience in arelated field preferably in the constructionindustry.
• A clean BC Drivers licensewith access to a vehicle.
• Level 2first aid certification or willingness toobtain.
