Mechanical Designer
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer to join our client's team. As a Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex mechanical systems and components for our company's products.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development :
- Collaborate with engineering teams to conceptualize and develop mechanical designs for OEM products.
- Create detailed 3D models and drawings of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using SolidWorks software.
- Ensure designs comply with technical specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Documentation and Drawing Preparation :
- Generate comprehensive engineering drawings, including part drawings, assembly drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).
- Provide clear and accurate documentation for manufacturing processes, assembly instructions, and quality control procedures.
- Maintain organized file management and revision control for design documents and drawings. Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Designer or in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering high-quality designs for complex mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant design tools.
