JOB DESCRIPTION :

Satel is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead project planning and execution across a variety of platforms. This role requires a blend of technical and project management expertise, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

As a Technical Project Manager, you're great at paying attention to details while seeing the bigger picture. You're skilled at organizing tasks and keeping communication clear within the team.

Problem-solving is your strength, and you handle challenges efficiently. You manage expectations well by setting realistic goals and timelines, and you're excellent at clarifying requirements for everyone involved.

SALARY RANGE : $68,000-$75,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage all facets of project execution, including resource allocation, crafting detailed project plans, overseeing project timelines and roadmaps, controlling project scope and deliverables, managing budgets, and initiating change requests as necessary.
• Navigate RAIDD components and distinguish between risks at the portfolio and program levels to ensure smooth project progression.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, integrating collaboration tools for team communication and project documentation.
• Employ project management best practices and methodologies to drive projects from conception to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Proactively communicate with clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges, solutions and closely manage expectations
• Conduct regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortems, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across technical teams.
• Harness AI technologies to optimize processes and enhance project outcomes.
• Lead Agile sprints, and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Proven experience in managing technical projects, particularly in ecommerce environments, like Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce.
• Proficient with project management tools and software, such as Notion, Confluence, JIRA, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office, G-Suite.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, enhancing project management and decision-making.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of fostering strong team and client relationships.
