Treatment Coordinator

Davis Orthodontics is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients—whether by phone, email, or in person.
• Collect key information from new patient inquiries and guide them through the next steps.
• Present treatment and financial options to patients with confidence and clarity.
• Review contracts and payment plans with new patients and their families.
• Coordinate insurance information and respond to coverage inquiries.
• Handle payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Conduct follow-up calls and assist with re-booking appointments.
• Prepare letters for doctors and collect required signatures.
• Support the front desk team as needed.
• Other administrative or patient care duties as required.

Qualifications

Hours & Pay

Monday to Thursday from 7 : 50 AM - 5 PM with Monday at Queenston and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at our Upper James location.

Salary : $25 000 — $30 000.
