The Director of Marketing will report to the Partners of the firm and direct the research, planning and development of strategic marketing plans.
They will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to both promote the brand and support the organization’s business initatives.
The Director of Marketing will also manage the planning and execution of all marketing activities.
What you’ll be doing :
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Manage content calendar and key stakeholder request , establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and manage digital marketing platforms
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
The ideal candidate for this role has demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience as a highly skilled marketing professional.
You possess strong creative, strategic and analytical skills. You bring with you a track record of innovation and entrepreneurial activity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. You will have between 5 years related marketing experience and likely working today in a marketing role where you have demonstrated success from the strategic side.
A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred while a graduate degree is an asset. Bilingual in English and French is essential.
