We're in search of dynamic AI Writing Associates to join our team and contribute to this groundbreaking endeavor as permanent full time employees .

Schedule :

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST

100% REMOTE in Canada (except Quebec) This role offers an exciting opportunity for writers and language enthusiasts to play a pivotal role in teaching the next generation of LLMs about the nuances and intricacies of language.

As an AI Writing Associate, you'll be instrumental in not only instructing AI in writing but also in fostering a deeper understanding of language itself. Responsibilities :

• Provide thought leadership on the cognitive processes underlying generative AI's language generation.
• Curate and develop training datasets to enhance AI fluency, coherence, and voice.
• Lead initiatives such as reinforcement learning through human feedback (RLHF) to refine AI training datasets.
• Annotate data to align AI models with human values and societal norms.
• Establish guidelines for AI response protocols to human queries.
• Analyze and refine grammar, syntax, and sentence structure in both expert-generated and AI-generated text.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to iterate and optimize AI models.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Creative Writing, or English Language.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication (English).
• Strong grasp of linguistic principles from grammar to semantics.
• Ability to enhance communication across diverse subject areas.
• Creative thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in internet research methodologies.
• Comfortable working in diverse teams and navigating ambiguity.
• Self-driven with a strategic mindset capable of balancing task-oriented and project-oriented perspectives.
