Responsable en approvisionnement

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable en approvisionnement pour jouer un rôle clé au cœur des opérations. Cette personne veillera à ce que les matières premières soient disponibles au bon moment au bon endroit tout en accompagnant une équipe et en collaborant étroitement avec plusieurs départements internes.

Cest un poste idéal pour quelquun qui aime structurer optimiser collaborer et avoir un réel impact sur la performance de la chaîne dapprovisionnement.

Ce que vous ferez au quotidien

• Encadrer et organiser le travail dune équipe de planification (priorités coordination suivi).
  
• Assurer une planification efficace des matières premières pour soutenir la production et les projets.
  
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance et collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour résoudre les écarts.
  
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérations production qualité et R&D.
  
• Participer activement aux initiatives damélioration continue doptimisation des stocks et de réduction des coûts.
  
• Contribuer aux processus de planification globale et aux projets transversaux.
  
• Préparer des rapports clairs et pertinents pour soutenir la prise de décision.
  
• Soutenir lévolution des outils et systèmes de planification.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to play a key role at the heart of operations. This person will ensure that raw materials are available at the right time and in the right place while leading a team and working closely with several internal departments.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys structuring optimizing collaborating and having a real impact on supply chain performance.

What Youll Do on a Daily Basis

• Lead and organize the work of a planning team (priorities coordination follow-up).
  
• Ensure effective raw material planning to support production and projects.
  
• Monitor performance indicators and work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
  
• Collaborate closely with Operations Production Quality and R&D teams.
  
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives inventory optimization and cost reduction.
  
• Participate in global planning processes and cross-functional projects.
  
• Prepare clear and relevant reports to support decision-making.
  
• Support the evolution of planning tools and systems.

• Stable work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• 3 à 5 ans dexpérience en approvisionnement avec expérience en gestion déquipe.
  
• À laise dans un environnement structuré de chaîne dapprovisionnement (ERP / MRP).
  
• Fort esprit analytique organisé(e) et orienté(e) solutions.
  
• Bilingue français / anglais.
  
• Expérience en milieu manufacturier ou alimentaire : un atout apprécié.
