The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information in to the system.
- Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
- Managing the office move to a new location.
- Managing and maintaining executives’ schedules and appointments.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Data Entry role, ideally within the Financial Services and Professional Services industry.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have working knowledge of Good Communication, Data Entry and Customer Service
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
