About theRole
The scope of this roleis to provide clients with quality customer service expertise andproduct knowledge. This will be achieved by establishing rapportwith customers while obtaining a strong understanding of ourproduct lines to recommend specific items and alternatives.
Youwill also perform estimates and material takeoff to assist inproduct sales.
What you willbedoing
- Assistingwith product sales by recommending specific items andalternatives.
- Preforming estimatesand material takeoff.
- Following upwith clients before and after the successful sale to provideongoing support and to resolve any problems orquestions.
- Coordinating with staffand customers to identify the optimal deliverydate.
- Providing information on theavailability of instock / outofstock items and the projected deliverydate from vendors.
- Identifyingcustomer needs and ways to meet them in an effectivemanner.
- Preparing rough sketches andoffers that meet specific customer needs orbudgets.
- Contacting regular andpotential customers to provide information on new or arrivedproducts by demonstrating new productfeatures.
- Showcasing the display andproductsamples.
