Solution Focused Brief Therapy Counsellor

Homewood Health is actively seeking registered mental health professionals interested in providing service on an occasional, contract basis for Homewood Health Stay at Work Services, Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) in our Moncton, NB office (coming soon).

Our EFAP providers deliver short-term, solutions-oriented counselling : working with depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, workplace challenges, stress management and addictions, and are able to work with individuals and / or couples and families.

What you'll be doing

• Provide short-term, highly focused, solution-oriented counseling to address a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, workplace challenges, relationship issues, stress management and addictions
• Able to work with adult individuals, couples, families and children
• Provide telephonic counseling for clients in crisis
• Adhere to professional standards and best practices
• Participate in in-house training and meetings as required.
