Sociétaire en litige commercial (3-7 ans ou 5-10 ans)
Notre client est un cabinet d'avocats montréalais axé sur le droit corporatif et commercial. Ils ont un large éventail de clients, incluant les start-ups allant jusqu’au multinationales.
Le cabinet et son équipe sont avant-gardistes et ils offrent à leurs clients des services de haute qualité en travaillant avec un esprit d’équipe collaboratif, qui contribue à leur force et à leur succès.
Ils cherchent à ajouter un(e) sociétaire en litige commercial pour leur équipe en pleine croissance.
RÔLES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Soutenir et collaborer avec les sociétaires plus séniors et les associés sur des dossiers de litige commercial général, de responsabilité du fabricant, et possiblement de recours collectifs, pour un large éventail de clients.
- Travailler de manière indépendante sur des dossiers de litiges commerciaux et interagir avec les avocats adverses.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Vous devez être membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.
- Une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en litige commercial, acquise soit en cabinet, ou à l’interne d’une grande organisation.
- Démontrer un sens de travail d'équipe et une capacité à travailler avec un minimum de supervision et à respecter les délais.
- Solide éthique de travail.
- Parfaitement bilingue, en anglais et en français.

Our client is a Montreal law firm focused on corporate and commercial law. They have a wide array of clients, ranging from start-ups to multinationals.
The firm and their team are forward-thinking, offer their clients high-quality legal services, and are very collaborative, which contributes to their strength and success.
They are looking to add an Associate in commercial litigation for their growing team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support and collaborate with senior associates and partners on general commercial litigation files, possible class actions, product liability, for a wide array of clients.
- Work independently on commercial litigation files and interact with opposing counsel.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You must be a member in good standing of the Bar of Quebec.
- You must have at least 3 years’ experience in commercial litigation, acquired either in a law firm or in-house.
- Demonstrate teamwork, and an ability to work with minimal supervision and respect deadlines.
- A solid work ethic.
- Perfectly bilingual, in both English and French.
