Entry Level Recruiter
We are on the HUNT for someone to join our Human Resources team! This individual will be someone who likes to work in a fun and dynamic environment with the opportunity to learn and grow with the role.
We are not looking for some one with a ton of experience because full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is a motivated self-starter, who wants to grow their career in HR. Your primary objective will be to source and recruit for the company, to use our CRM and communicating between departments.
You will also be responsible for completing multi-level tasks and reporting in a professional and timely manner.
Description
- $40k Salary + Bonuses after probationary period

Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Sourcing candidates
- Onboarding new hires
- Completing background checks
- Coordinating between departments
- Basic admin work
- Using a CRM
- Data Reporting
- Presentations
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethic
- Impressive and professional image and demeanor
- Intermediate / Advanced MS Excel skills
- Participate in extra-curricular team events
- Organized, self-starter who is career driven
Priority will be given to candidates who have the following :
- Bachelor's degree
- Sales / Customer Service experience
- Advanced Excel and Data analyst skills
