Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-oriented Service Deployment Coordinator to join our Operations team. We are looking for a highly organized individual with experience in Telecommunications field work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and dispatching fiber Drop Crews and planning workload of the Field Service Team.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate and Dispatch work to Teams using online field management software.
• Maintain the dispatch board, schedule, and perform necessary changes to reflect real-time events.
  
• Upload and organize work orders to ensure field teams have necessary information to complete their work.
  
• Monitor the progress of work, provide updates on the current status, and outline the next steps needed to complete the work.
• Dispatch Plant Repair to teams when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the telecommunication industry.
• Experienced in field coordination and planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team player abilities.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs.
