Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Project Engineering, the Project Engineer will provide engineering support for transmission projects, system and customer connection projects including transmission facility design, power system modeling, metering, advanced power system studies, and cost estimate perspective. In this position, you will play a critical role in developing AESO functional specifications, facility scopes, and reviewing / creating PDUPs (modeling information). You will bring a solid understanding of the power system including transmission, distribution, and generation, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and actively participate in technical discussions and initiatives.
