Business Analyst

At LJ Welding Automation, we design and manufacture advanced welding automation equipment used in some of the world’s most demanding industries. Our systems support aerospace, renewable energy, oil & gas, healthcare, and infrastructure manufacturing — helping customers tackle complex production challenges with confidence.

We’re currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help improve how our business operates through better systems, processes, and data.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst , you’ll work closely with teams across operations, finance, engineering, sales, and supply chain to understand business needs and turn them into practical system and process improvements.

You’ll play a key role in :

• Optimizing how we use our ERP system
• Improving reporting and business intelligence
• Supporting digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Helping leaders make better, data-driven decisions

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across both the shop floor and the office in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
