The Right Fit

The Development Manager reports to the Vice President and works closely with senior leadership, construction, asset management, accounting, and external consultants. This role leads multiple development and redevelopment projects at various stages. Success requires strong financial acumen, municipal navigation skills, and comfort managing competing priorities. Growth exists through increased project scope, leadership influence, and long-term portfolio impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and evaluate development, redevelopment, and enhancement opportunities
• Prepare feasibility studies, proformas, schedules, budgets, and cash flow models
• Lead program development and site planning from concept through completion
• Coordinate internal teams including legal, design, leasing, construction, and asset management
• Manage consultants including architects, engineers, planners, and legal advisors
• Lead municipal approvals, permitting, and community engagement processes
• Support debt financing, incentives, tax credits, and partnership structures
• Track project performance against schedule, budget, and ROI targets
