Position : Materials / Warehouse Supervisor

Reporting To : Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Schedule : In Office, Langley

Opportunity

  • Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the power generation industry for over 50 years.
  • We are currently seeking a talented warehouse supervisor to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will lead and manage all warehouse-related activities (receiving, kitting, shipping / logistics, and warehouse management) for the business through the Regal Business System (RBS) to meet our stakeholders' expectations and enable growth in the business.
  • They will play a key role in creating a vision to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the culture of zero safety incident for the department and the business.
  • Develop and align the department around the business' KPI’s to achieve the AOP targets.
  • Provide effective leadership, coaching, and training to department leaders.
  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through RBS to improve the department KPI’s.
  • Maintain and improve daily productivity statistics, including but not limited to inventory target, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, E&O level, shipping count, receiving count, and kitting counts.
  • Organize and lead the annual physical inventory count and corrective actions.
