Position : Materials / Warehouse Supervisor

Reporting To : Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Schedule : In Office, Langley

Opportunity

Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the power generation industry for over 50 years.
We are currently seeking a talented warehouse supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will lead and manage all warehouse-related activities (receiving, kitting, shipping / logistics, and warehouse management) for the business through the Regal Business System (RBS) to meet our stakeholders' expectations and enable growth in the business.
They will play a key role in creating a vision to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Drive the culture of zero safety incident for the department and the business.

Develop and align the department around the business' KPI’s to achieve the AOP targets.

Provide effective leadership, coaching, and training to department leaders.

Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through RBS to improve the department KPI’s.

Maintain and improve daily productivity statistics, including but not limited to inventory target, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, E&O level, shipping count, receiving count, and kitting counts.

Organize and lead the annual physical inventory count and corrective actions.
