P21 Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced P21 Implementation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of Epicor’s Prophet 21 (P21) ERP software for our clients.

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configuring the P21 system to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support and training.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process of the P21 ERP system, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure P21 modules to align with client-specific business processes and requirements.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for utilizing the P21 system to enhance business operations.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on the P21 system’s features and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after implementation, ensuring successful project completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation, including user manuals and configuration guides.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and support staff, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementing Epicor P21.
• Strong understanding of business processes in distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
• Proven experience in managing and executing full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Certification in Epicor Prophet 21 or related ERP systems.
• Experience in project management or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, or other data analysis and reporting tools.
