About the Role

Reporting to a senior finance leader, the Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support financial decision-making across the business. You will manage a small team and be deeply involved in month-end, year-end, and ongoing financial activities, with exposure to both operating and investment-related entities. This role offers strong mentorship, broad responsibility, and the chance to grow alongside an experienced finance leader in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation
• Manage and develop a small accounting team
• Work closely with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Maintain oversight of multiple entities and intercompany activity
• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls
• Act as a key finance partner to the business, helping leadership understand financial performance and key business indicators
