Hello friend, We are a conscious family looking for someone to love our 7-year-old son unconditionally. We practice connection-based parenting and are looking for someone eager to learn and be at the forefront of modern parenting with no control shame, fear, punishment, distractions, reasoning or rewards and allowing space for all emotions so authenticity can flourish.
We are looking for someone who understands children (all humans) are always good inside and that challenging behaviour is a signal for support and connection.
The right person would be energetic, enjoy being out in nature doing physical activities and open to learning and implementing how we parent and also interested and active in their own personal emotional growth so that they can nurture their own ever-expanding ability to be warm and kind even in challenging situations.
Alongside caring for our son and building a relationship with him, there would also be light housework food prep, tending to our organic garden and other household duties.
This would be for 5 days a week, we are estimating 21 hours weekly. We are located near Cook Street Village. Victoria, BC Vancouver Island.
