About the Opportunity
- Conducting financial and proforma analyses to evaluate different planning scenarios and development options
- Providing pricing recommendations for product launches / releases through scenario analysis
- Updating sales forecasts, construction starts, and closings
- Managing investor reporting and relationships for multiple development projects
- About You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 3- 5 Years of Real Estate Finance experience
- CFA, CPA designation, MBA would be an asset, or desire to complete.
Salary Range
$100,000 - $115,000 / year
