POSITIONINFORMATION :

Teachers can work full time or parttime by teaching in the morning afternoon and / orevening.

$15.50 $18 CDN per hour to start withsemiannual pay raise evaluations.

A corporate trainer is anexperienced educator. Your abilities to convey a message shouldonly be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field.

Organizationalskills and a positive attitude are important qualities that youhave to possess. The goal is to promote efficiency and competitiveadvantage by developing the skills ofpersonnel.

Responsibilities

Liaisewith managers to determine training needs and schedule trainingsessions

Design effective trainingprograms

Conduct seminars workshops individualtraining sessions etc.

Support and mentor newemployees

Conduct evaluations to identify areasof improvement

Monitor employee performance andresponse totraining

Requirements

Englishteachers must speak English as their firstlanguage

Professional appearance anddemeanor

Bachelors Degree (anymajor)

Quiet area in which towork

Reliable computer (Windowsbased computer orMac) with at least 2 GB of RAM

Hard wired(exceptions are possible with good computer maintenance skills)HighSpeed internet service (no Wifi) of at least7Mbps

Webcam and Headset with amicrophone

Consistent daily availability duringour peak demand times

Immediately available tostart (Consultable)

Punctual andReliable

Friendly andCreative

A minimum of 15 hours per week duringthese peak times :

1) SundayThursday 5 pm to 8 pmET

2) MondayFriday 5 am to 11 amET

Extra hours : 4 pm 11 amEST

Teachers will have to start an hour early orlater when DST starts and ends

Job Types : Fulltime Parttime Contract

Salary : $15.50$18.00per hour
