Job Summary :

The resources will plan implement and provide support for the Cisco Secure Workload solution (CSW). CSW plays a vital role in a Zero Trust Network project by helping to ensure the security of workloads through micro segmentation and policy enforcement across on-premises cloud and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities :

• The candidate will be responsible for implementing modernizing managing and supporting our network infrastructure along with proactive monitoring analysis and reporting.
• Achieve a high availability IT network infrastructure and IT network services in accordance with the client Technology Services Service Level Agreements.
• Hands-on implementation upgrading trouble-shooting of network software and hardware infrastructure.
• Manage and prioritize workload. check and balance the workload against the team requirements to result in a service delivery model characterized by cross-training workload sharing and collaborative team effort.
• Effective teamwork and proficient communication with team members and supported ministries.
• lead and / or participate in networking projects and plan design implement support and document best practices.
• Participate and contribute to cross-function IT projects by providing technical IT networking know-how and expertise.
• Perform problem diagnosis troubleshooting and resolution.
• Plan for software and hardware upgrades and / or migrations.
• Develop and maintain documentation.
• Develop network related procedures.
• Provide cross training and knowledge transfer to team members.
