Youth Club Executive Manager
About the Program
Individuals in this role will work with the AKYSB Member for Secondary to support Youth Clubs. Youth Clubs are established in individual Jamat Khanas to engage youth, plan events and support Student MKs.
About the Role
- Facilitate the selection of new Youth Club Managers and establish the structure of the Secondary Portfolio
- Mentor Youth Club Managers - provide mentorship to the Youth Club Teams to enable the team’s growth both personally and in their appointed roles as leaders within the Jamat.
- This role includes helping to develop leadership and teambuilding skills, providing advice and feedback, facilitating the resolution of challenges and supporting the Youth Clubs Team to achieve year-specific goals.
- Provide programming guidance and support for balanced and effective programming and is responsible for providing approvals to confirm all relevant project management procedures and guidelines are followed (including financial management, insurance confirmation, communications, resource management etc.
- Ensure that all required documents are submitted and discussed with the AKYSB Member for Secondary within the specified time frame.
