JOB POSTING Full-Time Receptionist / Office Assistant Start date : August 12, 2024Duties : · Responsible for managing the front desk, taking calls, and greeting visitors · Respond to email inquiries from staff and parents · Monitor who is coming into the school through our surveillance system · Manage our school support parent program · Record daily attendance · Assist and attend to student s needs · Keep a well-organized and orderly front desk reception area · General office duties Qualifications / Conditions : · Experience in a fast-paced office environment an asset · Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills · Familiar with Google Suite, Excel · Work well in a team environment · Customer Service experience an asset · Strong multi tasking skills · Must have a police record check with vulnerability screening on file prior to starting employment · Must align with the mission and vision of ACA Hours of work : 39 hours per week, 10-month contract (school year) Monday through Thursday 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm Fridays 8 : 00 am 3 : 30 pm Compensation : Based on Experience and Training Starting rate : $18.
