We are seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to provide expertise in HCM Cloud, acting as a subject matter expert throughout system implementation and upgrades.
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and client operations.
- Innovate to make business processes more efficient.
- Research legislative / regulatory rules and policies to support the business and articulate findings to clients.
- Act as a Functional SME with strong implementation skills.
- Configure Absence and OTL modules (mandatory).
- Experience with Talent Management, Global HR, Benefits, Performance, and Goal Management modules is an asset.
- Integrate HCM Cloud with ERP and Benefits Carriers / TBE / TEE / Job Boards.
- Deliver Oracle HCM Cloud projects, having completed at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Provide subject matter expertise in HCM modules.
- Lead project teams in rapid implementations.
- Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
- Identify and report key success criteria for projects.
- Plan, assist, and deliver migration from On-Premise to Oracle HCM Cloud service.
- Coach and mentor delivery teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Facilitate team building and maintain excellent communication skills.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, RFP, RFQ, and bid processes.
- Collaborate with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners in practice development.
- Participate in talent sourcing and recruiting activities.
- Focus on delivering high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in continuous development and internal IP Accelerator programs.
Professional Qualifications & Experience :
- 7+ years of professional services experience with ERPs like PeopleSoft, JDE, and preferably EBS HCM.
- 3+ years of experience working with a consulting organization.
- Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud or prior ERPs.
- Preferred candidates hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or Masters.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Adaptability to new delivery techniques and tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
