What we're looking for :
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a preference for experience in a SaaS / Security / Technology environment.
- Possesses the ability to communicate technical information in a way that is accessible and appealing to a general audience.
- Demonstrates superior presentation and writing skills.
- Possesses a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality standards.
- Demonstrates a high level of adaptability, effectively managing multiple projects concurrently while upholding exceptional quality standards.
- Possess strong time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- It’s a bonus if you have personal experience with 1Password or another password manager while not required, it’ll help you gain confidence quickly in this role.
What you can expect :
- Work with our self service and SMB customers to share product knowledge and demonstrate aspects of 1Password.
- Provide training to both customers and team members at 1Password.
- Respond to vendor requests, security questionnaires, and legal requests
- Write and manage knowledge-base content for Go-to-market.
- Record video resources to be shared internally and with customers.
- To be a sought after resource for Go-to-market for questions regarding 1Password.
- Work with the rest of your team to create materials for learning about and using 1Password.
USA-based roles only : The annual base salary for this role is between $72,000 USD and $98,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only : The annual base salary for this role is between $68,000 CAD and $92,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events.
These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
