As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, as well as promote our services to potential job seekers.

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue - Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for business growth - Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly - Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content, to promote our services to potential clients and job seekers - Attend industry events, conferences, and job fairs to network and generate leads - Track and analyze sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the staffing industry - Proven track record of success in driving business growth and meeting sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software - Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, social media, and email marketing - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events Contract Details : This is a full-time, permanent position based in Burnaby, BC, Canada.
