Responsibilites :
- Generate Prospects & business from subprime lead channels
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing subprime lending practices, including fair lending practices and disclosure requirements
- Educate clients about the terms and conditions of subprime loans, including associated risks and responsibilities, to help them make informed financial decisions.
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to all customers
- Assist customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the loan application and repayment process.
- Bilingual is assett but not required
- Goal Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company, while maintaining a focus on responsible lending practices and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, loan applications, and other relevant information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Management Team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
Requirements :
- Previous experience in Subprime
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong Focus on customer service / customer experience
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
