Job Description

Mackenzie Health is embarking on a multi‑year modernization of its human resources, finance, and supply chain services to implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). The ERP program is a pillar of enabling exemplary corporate services functions that will provide a backbone of support for the entire hospital. These services play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources, enabling high‑quality care and ensuring Mackenzie Health complies with ever‑changing regulations. Corporate services transformation is at the forefront of the organization’s priorities to create a more agile, responsive, and efficient system.

We are seeking an experienced individual to play a key technical lead role in this ERP project, focusing on providing leadership, guidance, and expertise on the selection and implementation of the new ERP system. The successful candidate will ensure that the new system is stable, malleable to accommodate the changing needs of the organization, and will lead the architecture of a cloud‑native application and infrastructure to drive industry‑leading practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and innovative thinking, assign tasks, identify, track, and remove blockers (risks, issues), and ensure sufficient resourcing is available to complete tasks.

Plan the ERP system architecture and modernization multi‑year architecture strategies / roadmaps to deliver cost‑effective, scalable, and reliable systems, working with vendors and internal teams to :
