Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, programming, web design and ensuring optimal website performance, responsiveness, and security.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Open AI prompt engineering and API access
- Expertise in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework
- Strong proficiency in Typescript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
- Thorough understanding of Angular and its core principles
- Experience with popular Angular workflows
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Familiarity with GitHub and Azure
Relevant Skills and Qualifications that would be beneficial include :
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other programming languages
- Experience with web development using React, Angular, and VueJS
- Experience with agile development practices and version control systems such as Git and GitHub
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
