Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technology Business Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Oracle SQL, Power BI, and low‑code / no‑code platforms as well as familiarity working with Azure Databricks. You will have a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, data projects, and Agile methodologies. You will also be tasked with programming using SQL, developing visualizations and documentation, conducting data quality testing, and actively engaging with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities
Develop Power BI solutions, including data modeling, design, development, and testing of visualizations and reportsDevelop comprehensive process mapping and data flow diagrams to enhance project clarityConduct detailed reviews of existing Oracle views, stored procedures, and packages to identify optimal data sources for documentation of data requirementsExperience with low‑code / no‑code platforms to accelerate solution delivery and enable business usersFamiliarity working with Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and integrationPerform data quality testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of data setsIdentify opportunities for optimization and enhancement to ensure efficient data processing and accurate reportingWhat You Bring To The Role
3+ years of relevant experience as a Technology Business Analyst or Business Intelligence AnalystUniversity degree or technical diploma in a related disciplineDemonstrated expertise in Oracle SQL, Python programming, and familiarity with Azure Databricks and low‑code platformsAbility to query and transform data for reporting and visualization and an understanding of data modeling and relationshipsProficiency in effectively managing and analyzing large datasets sourced from diverse data repositories within an enterprise environmentExcellent communication and analytical skillsCapability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and meet deadlinesWhat We Offer
