A leading railroad company in Canada is looking for an Analyst in Solution Management. This role involves providing technical support to the Rail Traffic Control system, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields and experience in a 24 / 7 support environment. Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence are key to this position. On-call work and minimal travel may be required.
