Position : Accounting Clerk
Location : Saint-Hyacinthe
Salary : Up to $58,000 based on experience

Reporting to the Controller, you'll play a vital role in supporting both financial operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
- Managing incoming calls, welcoming and assisting visitors.
- Coordinating deliveries and confirming appointments.
- Monitoring shipment statuses and obtaining quotes.
- Gathering and organizing shipping data for merchandise.
- Handling credit card payments.
- Processing and classifying invoices
Job Requirements :
- DEC) in administration or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry.
- Familiarity with Acomba is advantageous.
- Bilingualism to effectively communicate with international suppliers.
