The Opportunity

To meet our growth challenges, WSP is currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our teams located in Calgary, AB, Edmonton, AB or Ontario offices.

What you’ll do

• Function as the process discipline lead on projects, managing client relationships and project quality and ensuring that budget and schedule targets are met.
• Coordinate with team members, other WSP groups, equipment vendors, clients, and sub-contractors.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, process schematics, and layout drawings, including review of deliverables produced by junior and intermediate colleagues.
• Perform process and technology selection, equipment sizing and specification, mass balance, hydraulic analysis, and 3D layout review, including review of analysis and design by junior and intermediate colleagues.
• Mentor and provide on-the-job training for junior and intermediate colleagues.
• Manage multiple projects, including resource management, budgeting, strategy development, staff reviews, and training programs; provide project support for senior staff as required.
• Engage in hybrid-based consulting engineering work with some opportunities for travel and fieldwork.
