Senior Co -ordinator, Business Support, Limerick
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Coordinator, Business Support Limerick
The purpose of the role is to provide operational / administrative support to the Services Manager & People Operations Manager.
The main focus of this role is back-office business support. Accountable for maintaining business functions and coordinating information between key parties.
This is a level 4 position where the role holder will be expected to perform complex, non-standardised and widely varied tasks and / or projects that require significant planning, evaluation and negotiation.
Key Duties
- Manage record keeping and shared files
- Advanced report writing and data inputting
- Advanced use of systems, processes and procedures
- Coordinate payments / invoices management / lodgements
- Liaise with stakeholders when necessary
- Manage accounts, contracts and vetting
- Coordinate and deal with escalated customer querie
- Ticketing / fares management
- Assist with recruitment
- Coordinate payroll
