Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of skilled technicians.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the production schedule to meet customer deadlines and quality expectations.
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and control production costs, maintaining efficiency without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and parts procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Address and resolve any production issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and prepare reports for management.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the auto body repair industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
