AtkinsRéalis is in search of a Project Controls Lead to join our growing team. This position is based in Calgary Alberta. The Project Controls Lead will be part of a high-performing project team that is dedicated to delivering this complex undertaking through collaboration and a best-for-project vision.

Your role within the team :

• Lead the development and management of project controls frameworks (cost schedule risk change).
• Oversee planning / scheduling cost engineering estimating and reporting functions.
• Collaborate with PMO and project managers to ensure alignment with delivery goals.
• Monitor and report on project performance including baseline adherence and variance analysis.
• Support governance and performance meetings with structured reporting.
• Guide quantitative risk analysis and contingency planning.
• Ensure integration of project controls with planning and delivery disciplines.
• Provide technical advice and mentorship to junior staff.
