Based in our Jakarta office, we are looking for a suitable candidate for :

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – CROP PROTECTION

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with local customer needs, APAC regional priorities, and global crop strategies. This is an opportunity to lead innovative projects that bring long‑term value to growers and contribute to Nufarm's success.

How You’ll Help Us Grow :

You will lead the development and execution of a clear product strategy that supports business goals while driving innovation through new product, technology, and supplier opportunities. You will manage product development projects and work closely with global, regional, and cross‑functional teams to ensure strong alignment and smooth progression from concept to launch. The role includes overseeing product positioning and launch readiness, providing commercial teams with the insights and support needed for successful market introduction. You will also maintain market data, build relationships with key customers and industry partners, and deliver regular updates on key initiatives, risks, and opportunities.

Could This Be You?

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture.
• Minimum of 3 years experience related to research or product development and marketing in agrochemical / chemical industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
