Remarketing/International Sales Manager - Agriculture
Brandt is currently seeking a Remarketing / International Sales Manager for our Agriculture division. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Ag Canada , this position is responsible for sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to used wholegood inventory.
- Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.
- Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees.
- Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
Confident with decision making regarding financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning
Must be available to travel as needed
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
7+ years’ direct work experience in a sales management capacity
Experience in the Ag equipment industry preferred
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
Confident with decision making regarding financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning
Must be available to travel as needed
