The Role :
The Art Director will be at the forefront of conceptualizing and executing creative digital content. This role requires a seasoned professional adept at leading social focused projects that combine animation, motion graphics, and static visuals.
The successful candidate will thrive in both conceptual and execution phases, delivering integrated campaigns tailored for social and digital platforms.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of innovative advertising campaigns from concept to completion.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Strategists to create cohesive and strategic content.
- Provide expert art direction during the production of digital content, ensuring high-quality results across animation, motion graphics, and static imagery.
- Mentor and guide junior creatives, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of digital trends and incorporate new ideas into campaign strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in a regulated industry or with products such as alcohol or medical technologies.
- Proven track record of leading projects that encompass a range of digital content, including social media, web, and more.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a strong understanding of animation and motion graphics software.
- Excellent ability to conceptualize and execute ideas with a keen eye for design, typography, and layout.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying ideas and adjustments to stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in overseeing the production process, including familiarity with the demands of a hybrid working environment.
