Vice President (Business Development Specialist) - E+O - Remote or Part Time Available
Our client is seeking an E+O expert to join their MGA as Vice President!
This position can be remote (although preference is given to those in the lower mainland area) or if you wish to be in an office setting, you can work from their lovely office in Burnaby.
Our client could even accommodate a reduced schedule for that added touch for work life balance!
As a Vice President, you will drive the growth and profitability. You will have strong BC broker relationships which you will leverage to build your book.
In this role, your focus is attracting and underwriting new business opportunities while being having support from your team.
Ideally you have :
- A minimum of 8+ years of E+O experience;
- An entrepreneurial attitude and aptitude for selling and negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue growth
- A strong focus for customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and decision making skills
- A broker licence or ability to obtain one
