Respond promptly to passenger needs and handle emergencies effectively.

Manage passenger queries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction.

Comply with aviation safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Collaborate with the flight crew for smooth in-flight operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum educational qualification : High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergency situations.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude.

Experience

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel are welcome.

Working Hours

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Shifts depend on flight schedules; candidates should be willing to travel internationally and domestically.
