We provide a large, modern office setting, company vehicles for commuting to estimates and iPads for CRM work.

We're seeking Sales Reps to be :

• Comfortably working with clients
• Accurately providing estimates
• Participating in weekend trade shows
• Closing generated leads
• Generating outside sales
• Initiating new sales strategies to target a wider audiences
• Exceeding sales targets
• Accurately tracking all records of calls / estimates / sales
• Tracking sales analytics (weekly / monthly)
• Efficiently using our CRM system
• Attending weekly meetings & providing valuable input

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Excellent computer abilities
• Previous proven sales results
• Previous experience with CRM systems
• Displays initiative and efficiency with all tasks at hand
• Hard-working and reliable
• Pays strong attention to detailed quoting
• Able to multi-task and follow up with clients consistently
• Displays great listening skills
• A drivers licence with a clean record
• Adaptable to various weather when working outside
• Ability and flexibility to work long hours and weekends

Benefits

Compensation :

$50-100K per year plus health care
