About theRole :
Our client is seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing OperationsManager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in commercial roofing operations project management andteam leadership.
They will be responsible for overseeing allaspects of our roofing projects from initial planning to completionensuring quality safety and efficiency throughout theprocess.

- Oversee allcommercial roofing projects from start to finish including planningscheduling budgeting and execution.
- Coordinatewith clients contractors and internal teams to ensure projectrequirements are met and expectations areexceeded.
SafetyCompliance :
Implementand enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safework environment for allpersonnel.
PerformanceMonitoring :
Monitorproject progress and performance identifying any issues orobstacles and implementing corrective actions asneeded.
Leadership& TeamManagement :
Provideleadership and guidance to project teams fostering a culture ofcollaboration accountability andexcellence.
ClientRelationshipManagement :
Develop andmaintain strong relationships with clients vendors and industrypartners to support business growth and expansionopportunities.
ContinuousImprovement :
Keepabreast of industry trends best practices and new technologies tocontinuously improve operations andservices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelorsdegree in Construction Management Engineering or related fieldpreferred.
- Proven years of experience incommercial roofing operations with a track record of successfullymanaging largescale projects.
- Strong knowledgeof commercial roofing systems materials and installationtechniques.
- Excellent project management skillsincluding the ability to plan organize and prioritize taskseffectively.
- Strong leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsto achieve common goals.
- Solid understanding ofsafety regulations and protocols related to roofingoperations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. OSHA30Hour Roofing Industry Certification etc.) are aplus.
