Talent Acquisition Administrator
The TalentAcquisition Administrator will play a pivotal role indriving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the acquisition oftoptier talent for our clients.
This position requires a strategicthinker with a handson approach a deep understanding of theindustry and the ability to build strong partnerships across theorganization.

KeyResponsibilities :
Strategic RecruitmentPlanning :
- Develop and implement acomprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with thecompany's growthobjectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholdersto understand hiring needs workforce planning and organizationalgoals.
Team Leadership andDevelopment :
- Lead and mentor a team ofrecruiters providing guidance support and performancefeedback.
- Foster a collaborative andhighperformance culture within the talent acquisitionteam.
EmployerBranding :
- Develop and execute employerbranding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation asan employer of choice.
- Collaborate with marketing and HRteams to promote the company's values culture and careeropportunities.
Partnership and RelationshipBuilding :
- Build and maintain strongpartnerships with hiring managers department heads and executivesto understand their hiring needs andpriorities.
- Collaborate with externalpartners such as universities job boards and industrynetworks.
CandidateSourcing andEngagement :
- Proactivelysource and identify qualified candidates through various channelsincluding job boards social media networking andreferrals.
- Buildand maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current andfuture jobopportunities.
- Engagewith candidates to understand their career goals skills andmotivations.
ScreeningandAssessment :
- Conductthorough candidate screenings including phone and video interviewsto assess qualifications experience and culturalfit.
- Evaluatecandidates' skills competencies and potential for successin the designatedroles.
- Providetimely and constructive feedback tocandidates.
ClientCollaboration :
- Collaboratewith clients to understand their hiring needs culture and specificrequirements.
- Presentshortlisted candidates to clients highlighting their qualificationsand aligning with clientexpectations.
- Fosterstrong client relationships and serve as a trusted recruitmentpartner.
InterviewCoordination andFeedback :
- Coordinateand schedule interviews between candidates andclients.
- Gatherfeedback from both candidates and clients after interviews andprovide insights to improve the selectionprocess.
Datadriven DecisionMaking :
- Utilize data and metrics toassess and improve recruitment processes ensuring efficiency andeffectiveness.
- Provide regular reports andinsights to leadership on recruitment metrics andtrends.
Diversity andInclusion :
- Drive initiatives to enhancediversity and inclusion within the talent acquisitionprocess.
- Implement best practices toattract and retain a diverseworkforce.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’sdegree in human resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
- Proven experience as a TalentAcquisition Lead or in a similar leadershiprole.
- Strong understanding of industrytrends market dynamics and talentlandscapes.
- Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead anddevelop highperforming teams.
- Experience with applicanttracking systems (ATS) and recruitmenttools.
- Strategic mindset with a focus ondelivering results in a fastpacedenvironment.
