Commercial Concrete Foreman Our customer is in search of a foreman specializing in commercial concrete forming in Napanee, Kingston, Belleville, and surrounding areas.
You will play a key role in supporting our team in the execution of new commercial construction projects in and around the Napanee area.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial concrete forming. What we offer :
- Salary : 85-120k depending upon experience
- Job type / shift : 10-hour shiftsMonday to FridayDay shift

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Read blueprints, participate and effective plan for construction schedule
- Responsible for enforcing all project quality control
- Responsible for enforcing all safety initiatives and workplace compliance
- Direct and monitor all commercial projects to ensure strict adherence of contractual documents, plans and procedures and company practices
- Problem solving for conflicts that may arise
- Troubleshooting to fix any construction issues that may arise
- Effectively communicate with team members, the general contractor and sub trades, contractors
- Effectively lead a team of 10-20 employees
- Place and pour concrete
- Finishing concrete
Requirements and Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of commercial concrete forming experience
- Knowledge of the Ontario building code
- Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Driver’s license
