We need managers that provide a consistently superior buying experience for our customers and who can also help properly train our footwear consultants to do the same.

What you will learn :
We offer an extensive training program for all new team members to help them understand what footwear works well in what environments and how the other products that we sell can enhance our customers comfort and safety during their workday;
all you need to do is bring the right attitude.
Our administrative requirements are very minimal because we want our Assistant Managers on the sales floor. Our managers tend to spend about 80% of their time on the salesfloor either actively selling or coaching & mentoring.
