Janitorial Supervisor

Tomlinson Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and motivated Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of janitors to ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Train and supervise a team of janitors to ensure that they are meeting cleaning standards
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Inspect and evaluate the work of janitors to ensure that it meets quality standards
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to cleaning services
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
• Prepare and submit reports on the cleaning activities and performance of the team
• Drive company vehicle to perform cleaning duties as required
• Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in janitorial or custodial work
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid G driver's license with a clear driving abstract
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
